Anxiety and depression are the most common disorders that I see. We will discuss how these impact your daily life and what you can do to find more meaning and enjoyment in your life. I will provide you coping skills to deal with the negative symptoms and teach you ways to minimize their occurrences. We will work together to find what works best for you and I will be here to support you whenever needed.

I have been working with teens and young adults for years. I find that adults often dismiss the concerns, fears, and desires of young people due to their age. These are the formative years and young people need someone who they can talk to openly and connect with on a deeper level. I take the time to listen and help you achieve your goals, while teaching you what I can about the world at large.

I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist as verified by Evergreen Certifications. I work with my clients to determine where they are and where they want to go. We will break things down to the basics and build from there. We move at your paced and their is never any judgement about anything.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I know how society can treat those who identify differently. I am here to help you process your experiences and learn ways to cope with the world around you. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for all. I will not judge and will provide you support and respect at all times.

I am a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) as verified by the Florida Certification Board. I have worked in addictions since 2014. During this time I have supervised an addictions receiving facility and a 52 bed inpatient program. I am familiar with the 12 step program, as well as smart recovery methods. I have been trained as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist and have worked with many clients who have successfully recovered from their addiction. I have the skills needed to help you tackle any addiction whether it be drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, food, sex or gambling. Please reach out for more information.

I am a qualified supervisor in the state of Florida. If you are working towards your licensure and need a supervisor who will meet you where you are, teach you how to trust your instincts, and help your develop as a professional please contact me. I am taking interns in Manatee, Sarasota, and surrounding counties.
